China's homegrown bus maker Zhengzhou Yutong Bus (600066.SH) said Monday evening its net profit for the first three quarters of 2015 totaled 1.87 billion yuan, a rise of 35.29 percent year on year.
Revenue of the company came to 18.9 billion yuan during the first nine months, up 25.33 percent from the same period last year, according to Yutong's filing to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The automaker sold 44,166 buses in January-September, a rise of 12.7 percent year on year.
Bus output of the company came to 44,833 units in the first three quarters, a surge of 18.85 percent year on year. The company sold 61,398 buses in 2014, a jump of 9.51 percent year on year. Its annual output totaled 59,346 units, up 2.83 percent from the preceding year.
