China's catering market maintained robust growth in August and the revenue totaled 275.2 billion yuan, up 12.4 percent year on year with the growth rate four percentage points higher than the same period a year ago, according to figures released by China Cuisine Association (CCA).
In the first eight months, the revenue of China's catering industry reached 2,034.9 billion yuan, up 11.7 percent year on year with the growth rate 1.9 percentage points higher than the same period of 2014. CCA said the catering market in the final quarter is expected to keep current momentum and the revenue for this year will definitely exceed three trillion yuan.
