China's major steelmakers reported an average daily crude steel output of 1,568,500 metric tons (tonnes) in December 11-20, 2015, down 0.62 percent from that of December 1-10, according to the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) on Wednesday.
The CISA estimated the country's daily crude steel output in December 1-20 to be 2,082,800 tonnes, down 1.32 percent from November's daily output. By December 20, steel stocks of the CISA member steelmakers amounted to about 14,672,500 tonnes, up 2.32 percent from those on December 10.
