A new index tracking second-hand house sales in 337 cities across China was released in Beijing on Monday. The index was jointly launched by Beijing Gongxinda Data Technology Co., Ltd, China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents and Henglong Property Research Center of Tsinghua University.
As the first housing monitoring index updated per week in China, the index also covers information of second-hand house sales and renting business from more than 500 second-hand house agency websites.
