South China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has seen its first ground-mounted hydro-solar integrated concentrated solar PV power station connected to grid and start power generation, according to project investor and developer Guangxi Xijiang Development & Investment Group.
Located in Tian Yang county, Baise city of Guangxi, the 10MW PV project kicked off construction this March and is constructed to integrate both hydropower generation and solar power generation. Total investment for the project amounted to 90.7 million yuan and is expected to generate 10 million kwh annually.
