Bond prices on China's interbank bond market are likely to increase Monday amid relatively loose liquidity.

Traders noted that the liquidity condition still remained relatively loose on the whole, as a cut in banks' reserve requirement ratio took effect on September 6 and the central bank continued to add liquidity into the financial system via open market operations, which might further shore up bond prices.

On last Friday, ChinaBond New Composite Total Return Index, a broadly-based market sentiment indicator, inched up 0.0219 percent to 161.671 points.
