China's bond market trading drops in November

BEIJING, Dec. 26 (Xinhua) -- China's bond market trading dropped in November, data from the People's Bank of China showed.

In November, the turnover of cash bond trading in the interbank bond market hit 14.2 trillion yuan (about 2.16 trillion U.S. dollars), down 33.66 percent year on year but up 8.86 percent month on month.

The turnover of cash bond trading on the stock exchange bond market was 2.1 trillion yuan, up 196.78 percent year on year but down 24.37 percent month on month.

At the end of November, the ChinaBond Interbank Aggregate Index stood at 202.2, up 0.4 points from the end of the previous month.
