The Australian dollar increased to 0.6987 dollar from 0.6957 dollar. The U.S. dollar bought 107.84 Japanese yen, lower than 108.46 Japanese yen of the previous session. The U.S. dollar was down to 0.9859 Swiss franc from 0.9875 Swiss franc, and it decreased to 1.3110 Canadian dollars from 1.3140 Canadian dollars.
