BEIJING, July 30 (Xinhua) -- The overnight Shanghai Interbank Offered Rate (Shibor), which measures the borrowing cost of China's interbank market, decreased 8.1 basis points to 1.369 percent Thursday.

The seven-day rate rose 0.9 basis points to 2.183 percent, the one-month rate went up 1.2 basis points to 2.288 percent, and the one-year rate increased 0.5 basis points to 2.82 percent.
