Mr. Tan Yueheng is the Chairman of BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited, Chairman of Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong and Member of Gansu Committee of People’s Political Consultative Conference.

Mr. Tan started his career in National Development and Reform Commission in 1989, working in the Department of Fiscal and Financial Affairs. In 1992, Mr. Tan was engaged in the establishment of China Southern Securities Co. Ltd, and subsequently took the position of General Manager (International Department) of South China Securities Co. Ltd., Chairman of China Southern Securities Advisory Co. Ltd and Vice Chairman of China Southern Securities (Hong Kong) Limited. From 1997, Mr. Tan worked in China Merchants Bank International as the Deputy CEO and Great Wall Securities Co., Ltd. as the board member. Before joining BOCOM Securities as the Chairman in 2007, he also worked in China Merchants Group, as the board member in China Merchants Bank and Chief Supervisory Officer in China Merchants Securities.

Mr. Tan holds a Master’s degree in Monetary Banking from the Graduate School of the People’s Bank of China and a Doctor’s degree in Rural Development from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Science in 1989. Mr. Tan was also the Senior Visiting Scholar of University of Southern California in 1997.
