Mr. Bin Zhang is the Managing Director of China Investment Information Services Ltd., which is a Hong Kong based company wholly owned by Shanghai Stock Exchange. He is also the Chief Representative of Shanghai Stock Exchange in Hong Kong and the Director of China Exchanges Services Ltd, a joint venture of Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges.
