1Please send your Press Release including the following documents to pr@xfafinance.com email subject shall be “PR Distribution Request.”

a.word format PR article b.jpeg format picture/photo if any c.Company logo （jpeg format, 500 pixel） d.Filled up form “PR Distribution Detail” e.Filled up form “Company Information” part I
2We shall give you a quotation within 1 working day
3Please confirm the quotation as soon as possible, and filled in “Company Information” form part II with required invoice and payment information, and we shall issue the formal invoice in due course, (both normal invoice and VAT invoice available if in PRC)
4Please arrange payment to our bank account
5 After payment settled, we shall distribute your PR according to the time, region and trade media details as laid down in your “PR Distribution Detail” form, and you will also receive the 2nd and 10th day media analysis reports

PR Distribution Detail

Note：

aWhether the PR distribution will be accepted or not will solely depend on the Chief Editor of Xinhua Finance Agency, contents consider to be illegal will be rejected, such as racial discrimination, national safety, violence, terrorism, pornographic…etc. For any rejected distribution, we shall refund all payment received, if any, minus RMB 500 (or US 100) for administration cost.
bAll prices shall be based on our formal quotation, rate cards are for reference only and we be subjected to change from time to time.
cDistribution will only be executed after payments are settled. Please reserve time for payment clearance. We normally recommended to send us the “PR Distribution Detail” Form at least 7 working days before the distribution date. For urgent distribution, please call for special arrangements.
dPlease submit all PR in English, if translations are needed, you may submit in Chinese and put a tick in the relevant box of the “PR Distribution Detail” form. In this case, please reserve extra time for translation.
eXinhua Finance Agency is responsible for distributing the PR to the media, whether it is published will be solely up to the editor of the media, we will not guarantee the publication of the PR in any media, however, we shall use our best endeavors to influence the decision of the editors.
