Mr. Chiu Yung

Mr. CHIU Yung, the President of Hong Kong Fu Wah International Group, Bachelor of Science of Peking University, and EMBA degree of CKGSB. Served in the city government of Shenzhen from 1983 to 1989, and became President of Hong Kong Fu Wah International Group since 1989.

Alongside his role with Fu Wah, he is vice-chairman of China Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, the chairman of The Youth Committee of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, vice-chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the vice-president of Beijing Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Standing Committee of Beijing People’s Political Consultative Conference, and the president of Overseas Investment Association of Beijing Dongcheng District

For more than two decades, Fu Wah has been established as a high-end real-estate brand under the guidance of Mr. Chiu. His representative work includes Beijing Chang’an Club, the most influential private club in China, and Jin Bao Jie Commercial Street, which incorporates numerous types of high-end properties and international vision. In the mean time, by acquiring Melbourne’s land mark Park Hyatt Hotel and collaborating with Waterfront, Auckland, New Zealand for another brand new Park Hyatt in Auckland’s most popular tourist attraction, he leads Fu Wah aboard to seek overseas expansion and sets new standards for the local luxurious hotels.

赵勇先生，北京大学理学学士、长江商学院EMBA。1989年任香港富华国际集团总裁至今，同时兼任中国侨商会副会长、中国侨商会青年委员会主席、北京市工商联副主席、北京市侨商会副主席、北京市政协常委、北京市东城区外商投资企业协会会长等社会职务。

在担任富华国际集团总裁20多年的时间里，赵勇先生将富华打造成了首屈一指的高端地产品牌。代表作包括国内最具影响力的私人俱乐部——长安俱乐部，以及北京黄金区位整体开发和运营汇聚了各类高端物业的国际水准商街——金宝街。在国内业务快速发展的同时，赵勇先生带领富华走出国门寻求海外扩张，收购澳大利亚墨尔本地标性建筑柏悦酒店，并与新西兰奥克兰海滨开发区政府合作，在奥克兰最热门的旅游景点投资建设柏悦酒店，刷新了当地高端酒店的市场高度。
