Mr. Yang Gencai

Mr. Yang Gencai held a bachelor degree in heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) from Tongji University. He completed EMBA studies in Guanghua School of management, Peking University in 2011.

Currently he is the Chairman of Shandong Ningjian Construction Group, L.T.D., Chairman of Zhongning Hongkong Group Company Limited, and Chairman of Shandong Ningjian construction Group Investment Romania S.R.L. He was awarded various honorary titles including national excellent construction entrepreneurs, the outstanding communist party member of Shandong Province, Shandong outstanding entrepreneur, and Shandong construction system model workers.

杨根才，男，出生于1965年，毕业于同济大学暖通专业，2011年于北大光华管理学院修读EMBA。

现任山东宁建建设集团有限公司董事长、香港中宁集团有限公司董事长，罗马尼亚山东宁建集团投资有限公司董事长。曾先后获得全国优秀施工企业家、山东省优秀共产党员、山东省优秀企业家、山东省建设系统劳动模范等荣誉称号。
