China's business operators are optimistic about the outlook of six industries, namely elderly caring, travel and leisure, Internet and IT service, pharmaceuticals, new energy, and environmental protection, in the 2016-2020 period, according to a questionnaire survey report on China's business operators in 2015 released by China Entrepreneur Survey System.
Elderly caring is the only industry that more than a half of the business operators, 50.3 percent, are optimistic about. Those bullish about travel and leisure account for 43.1 percent of the total; Internet and IT service, 37.2 percent; pharmaceuticals, 33.7 percent; new energy, 33.1 percent; and environmental protection, 32.8 percent.
But only 1.7 percent of the business operators are optimistic about the automobile industry and 1.0 percent of them bullish about the instrument industry. The survey shows that the market demand is still weak currently.
In view of corporate orders, the key leading indicator showing the direction of future's demand, the general condition is poor. But the decline in new orders slows down in the final quarter of this year, business operators are cautiously optimistic about the future, and their profitability has improved in the second half of this year.
