China is drafting a strategic plan for a precision healthcare program and the program would be included in the country's 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020), reported CCTV.com on Monday.
According to data released by MD Weekly earlier this year, the official newspaper of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, China has planned to invest 60 billion yuan in its precision healthcare program before 2030. Of the total, 20 billion yuan will come from the central government budget and 40 billion yuan will be invested by enterprises and social capital.
