Liaoning Wellhope Agri-Tech Joint Stock (603609.SH) said on late Thursday that it will set up a joint venture (JV) with the Indian NEXUS Company to develop poultry feed, cow feed, fish feed, marine product processing, and other agricultural products.
The Shanghai-listed company will hold a 30-percent stake in the JV and the NEXUS Company takes the remaining.
The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding to give play to their advantages and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.
