Xingyuan Environment Technology (300266.SZ) announced late Thursday that it had inked a PPP (public-private-partnership) framework agreement with Fujian Province Zhaoan county government on water environment treatment and infrastructure construction cooperation.
With investment expected to amount to 2.5 billion yuan, the two parties will cooperate on projects such as sewage plant treatment project, river basin treatment project, village and town sewage treatment integrated environmental protection equipment manufacturing base construction as well as environmental protection technology promotion, the company said in a filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The investment of 2.5 billion is 333.47 percent of the company's audited business income in 2014, the company said.
