As of Thursday, 10 of China's 48 listed firms in environmental protection sector had unveiled guidance of their financial results for the third quarter of 2015. Most of them guided improved earnings during the period.
Among them, 7 firms are expected to post year-on-year growth in their net profits in Q3, and 2 would witness decline in their net profits. Since the beginning of this year, environmental protection sector has seen a positive performance, with net profit increasing 43.2 percent on year in H1.
80 percent of 48 listed firms in the sector witnessed year-on-year growth in their net profits, and only 11 saw their net profits decline on year during the period.
