The Hubei-based Kaile Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (600260.SH) signed a 125 million yuan worth of contract with China Potevio Co., Ltd. on Friday, to supply network data link communicator to the state-owned IT company.
Kaile Science Technology said it will purchase relevant telecom equipment and deliver the equipment to Potevio after processing, which will create low gross profit margin and not bring heavy influence on its annual performance.
But it said the contract will help the company to exploit the military communication-relevant market.
