Chinese automaker Jiangling Motors (000550.SZ) said Thursday evening it sold 184,594 automobiles in the first nine months of 2015, a drop of 5.27 percent year on year. Auto output of the company came to 181,975 units in January-September, down 4.23 percent from 190,017 units in the same period of 2014, said the company in a filing to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The automaker's sales dropped 15.50 percent year on year to 20,015 units in September, while its output declined 9.48 percent on year to 20,297 units during the reporting period, according to the company's filing to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Jiangling sold 275,858 automobiles in 2014, a rise of 20 percent year on year.
