Huaxia Bank (600015.SH) has begun to provide financial services for clients by relying on the features of Apple Watch, becoming the first watch bank in China.
As long as clients equip their mobile phones with Huaxia Bank's APP and bind it with their Apple Watches, they can receive financial services offered by the bank including balance enquiry, outlets enquiry and information pushing.
An insider with the bank noted that watch bank featured in connection of traditional financial services and intelligent wearable devices. It was a good opportunity for banks to make full use of the wearable device technology to seize market share.
