Tianjin TEDA Science & Technology Development Group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Greater Waukegan Development Coalition (GWDC) to promote exchanges among Chinese and American small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), according to Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area (TEDA) Administration.
Shai Lothan, director of the GWDC, said the TEDA has sound industrial foundation in medical technology, energy saving and environmental protection and he hopes to cooperate with the TEDA in these fields to help SMEs of the two countries to discover more development opportunities.
The GWDC is an independent non-profit organization based in Illinois of the United States whose mission is to foster the development of business in the Greater Waukegan Area and it boasts several incubators for high-tech SMEs.
