Yunnan Copper Co., Ltd. (000878.SZ) said on Wednesday that it would sell a 40 percent stake in Yunchen Futures for no less than 131.1709 million yuan to dispose non-main business investment and improve its asset structure.
Under the precondition of continuous operation, shareholders' total equity of Yunchen Futures is evaluated at 327.9272 million yuan and its net book value of net assets before evaluation is 174.4294 million yuan. Data show that Yunchen Futures' revenue reached 42.4266 million yuan and net income stood at 11.8867 million yuan in 2014.
