Sichuan Chuantou Energy Co. (600674.SH) announced on Tuesday that its controlling shareholder Sichuan Provincial Investment Group Company bought 44.3141 million shares in the company from July 13 to November 24, which accounted for 1.007 percent of its total equities.
Previously, the company said that its controlling shareholder planned to add no more than 10 percent of its equities in the coming six months from July 9, with the value no less than 100 million yuan.
