China Communications Construction Co. Ltd (CCCC) (01800.HK; 601800.SH) announced on Wednesday that the company has partnered with the National Council for Social Security Fund (SSF) in the establishment of a 15-billion-yuan investment fund.
China Communications Construction Co. contributed 8.985 billion yuan, or 59.9 percent of the fund, as a limited partner. The National Council for Social Security Fund contributed 6 billion yuan, or 40 percent of the fund, as a general partner.
CCCC Fund Management Co. Ltd, in which China Communications Construction Co. holds a 70 percent stake, contributed 15 million yuan as a general partner, accounting for 0.1 percent of the investment fund.
