China's top oil and gas producer PetroChina (PTR.NYSE; 601857.SH; 00857.HK) Wednesday said it has named Tian Jinghui as vice president and Zhao Dong as chief financial officer, respectively.
Now, Tian Jinhui, aged 53, is general manager of PetroChina Marketing Company while Zhao Dong, aged 45, is president of CNPC Nile Company.
Yu Yibo has tendered his resignation and ceased to hold the position of chief financial officer due to other work commitment.
