China Shenhua Energy Co., Ltd (601088.SH; 01088.HK), announced late Wednesday that Wu Xiuzhang, Wang Yongcheng, Zhang Zifei and Wang Shumin had been appointed as the company's vice presidents for a term of three years with immediate effect, subject to re-appointment upon the expiration of their terms of office.
The decision is in accordance with the resolution passed at the 11th meeting of the third session of the company board held on 25 November of 2015, according to a filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
