EVE Energy Co., Ltd (300014.SZ) and Hawtai Motor Co., Ltd have signed an agreement to co-found a battery joint venture on November 18, EVE Energy announced on Thursday.
According to the agreement, the joint venture will be set up with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.
EVE Energy and Hawtai Motor will respectively hold 30 percent and 70 percent stake in the joint venture. It will focus on the production and sales of battery pack and Battery Management System (BMS).
