CNHTC Jinan Truck Co., Ltd. (000951.SZ) announced on Wednesday evening that some directors and senior executives of the company, its controlling shareholder and persons acting in concert had increased their shareholdings in the company.
The company's board chairman Yu Youde and director Song Qidong respectively bought 74,500 shares in the company, and eight directors and senior executives of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group and Sinotruck (Hong Kong) Limited jointly bought 594,968 shares.
The transaction prices ranged between 15.64 yuan and 16.39 yuan per share.
