Gemdale (600383.SH), one of China's top property developers, said on Tuesday that it had realized 52.7 billion yuan worth of contract value in the first eleven months of the year, with the contract areas reaching 3.861 million square meters, up 40.65 percent and 27.17 percent year on year respectively.
In November, the company's contract value increased 74.67 percent year on year to 7.86 billion yuan, while the contract areas grew 44.15 percent on year to 542,000 square meters.
