E-Commerce China Dangdang Inc. (DANG.NYSE) pledged to fund the government-orchestrated County Culture Brand Promotion Plan on Wednesday. Dangdang has signed a framework cooperation agreement with Copyright Protection Center of China and Guochuang Union Holding Investment Co., Ltd on the issue. According to the agreement, the three sides will jointly develop county-level creative culture resources and geo-culture resources, and promote outstanding county culture brands to international markets by way of "Internet Plus", which is believed to be a competitiveness of the old-day leading online bookseller Dangdang. Dangdang and Guochuang Union Holding Investment will found a joint venture for the operation of the plan.
