China's basic telecom operators China Telecom (CHA.NYSE; 00728.HK) and BOE Technology Group Co. Ltd (000725.SZ) signed an agreement to cooperate on rural E-commerce on Thursday. As the first case of cooperation between telecom operators and E-commerce, the two sides will focus on fusion of "Entity Channel + E-commerce" in rural market and cooperate on sectors like channel development, terminal supply and marketing, telecom services and E-commerce distribution.
