Ningxia Orient Tantalum Industry Co. (OTIC, 000962.SZ) announced on late Wednesday that it will likely incur a net loss in a range between 520 million yuan and 780 million yuan in 2015. Last year, the company suffered a net loss of 337 million yuan.
The company attributed its net loss to the fierce product competition, shrinking international market share, plunge in main business volume and further fall in profitability. Pursuant to relevant regulations, if a listed company incurs a net loss for two consecutive years, its shares will face delisting risk.
