Shenzhen-listed Jiao Zuo Wang Fang Aluminum Manufacturing Corp (000612.SZ) announced late Wednesday that its shareholder Aluminum Corp. of China Ltd., or Chalco (601600.SH; ACH.NYSE; 02600.HK) cut share holdings in the company by about 16.69 million shares or 1.39 percent of its total share capital in the period of December 18-22. After the cut, Chalco still held about 43.45 million shares in the company, representing about 3.61 percent of the total share capital, down from 4.99 percent before the cut, said the Shenzhen-listed company.
