CRRC Corporation Ltd. (601766.SH; 01766.HK) announced on Tuesday evening that it signed several significant contracts in November and December with combined contractual value at 41.38 billion yuan (about 6.38 billion US dollars).
CRRC Corp. said the value of the significant contracts represents about 34.6 percent of its operating revenue in 2014 under the Chinese general accepted accounting principles. The largest contract by value is a 14.97-billion-yuan worth high-speed train sales contract signed between CRRC Corp. and China Railway.
