Anhui Guozhen Environment Protection Technology Joint Stock Co. (300388.SZ) announced on Wednesday evening that its shareholder Marubeni Corporation sold 3.9 million A-shares in Guozhen Environment Protection Technology at 22.33 yuan per share via the block trading system, representing 1.4 percent of the company's total share capital.
After the sell-off, Marubeni Corporation holds 45.72 million A-shares of Guozhen Environment Protection Technology, representing 16.41 percent of the company's total share capital.
