Amazon's grocery delivery service, AmazonFresh, is coming soon to Houston, local media reported on Friday.

Amazon plans to establish its warehouse in Houston for its AmazonFresh business, which comes on the heels of the e-commerce giant's purchase of grocery chain Whole Foods and the development of two distribution centers in the Houston area, local media quoted Realty News Report and the Houston Business Journal. Market analysts said Amazon's rapid expansion is good for consumers.

AmazonFresh is a subsidiary of the American e-commerce company which is based in Seattle, Washington. It started the delivery service in 2007, and entered into the Texas state last year by launching its delivery services in Dallas.
