Pantheon Resources PLC from London has finalized a contract with local energy infrastructure company Kinder Morgan Inc. to build and operate a 15-MMcfd natural gas processing plant in Texas, local media reported Friday.

According to Oil & Gas Journal, the new plant will process production from onshore wells in East Texas jointly owned by Pantheon and partner-operator Vision Resources LLC, also of Houston.

The plant is scheduled to begin in early August. Once fully commissioned, the gas plant initially will process output from the partnership's wells in the area, which are targeted for first production by mid-September.

Pantheon Resources is an oil and gas exploration company incorporated in the UK.

It has drilled two high impact exploration wells in 2015 in east Texas. As one of the largest energy infrastructure companies North America, Kinder Morgan owns an interest in or operate approximately 84,000 miles of pipelines and 155 terminals.
