A nearly sixty-nine percent year-on-year surge in net profits was disclosed by China’s leading Landscape and environmental protection company yesterday, Orient landscape, in its unaudited preliminary financial reports.
The net profits attributable to shareholders of the company hit 2.181 billion yuan last year, a considerable increase of 68.37 percent while the total operating revenue was up by 77.95 percent to 15.24 billion yuan in 2017.
The company attributed its improved financial performance to the expansion of its PPP Business (Public-Private-Partnership), which was buoyed by the government’s endorsement of the PPP business program. The PPP projects volume and revenue had seen significant growth last year.
The turnover of the PPP projects in 2017, according to the Chinese PPP data provider Bridata, has reached 345 billion yuan, an increase of 74.22 percent year-on-year.
