Visual China Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Qihoo 360 Technology Co. recently, the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported on Tuesday.
Under the agreement, the two sides will establish a deep cooperation relationship in multiple fields, including image search, data sharing, advertising creative service platform, visual content licensing, etc.
Since 2017, the company has signed strategic cooperation agreements with Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba, Yidianzixun, Ifeng.com, Sogou, Weibo and other internet platforms.
This move marked that Visual China has completed strategic cooperation layout with Chinese three domestic search engine companies, namely Baidu , Sogou, Qihoo 360.
