China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CAMCE, 002051.SZ) announced that it signed a contract with Ethiopia Sugar Corporation, a state-owned company of Ethiopia, on the continued construction of the BELES-1 sugar factory in Ethiopia on Monday.
The contract values 95 million U.S. dollars (about 655.5 million yuan), accounting for 6 percent of CAMCE's total operating revenue in 2017 which was about 10.9 billion yuan.
According to CAMCE, the contract, when taking into effect, will exert certain influence on the company's total operating revenue and profits in the coming year.
