The Shanghai-based company said in its annual report that in 2019, it achieved a revenue of 22.56 billion yuan, an annual increase of 7.5 percent.
During the year, its dairy products business contributed roughly 20.1 billion yuan, or more than 88 percent of its total revenue, following a 12.4-percent year-on-year growth, it said.
The domestic market contributed 17.45 billion yuan to its revenue while the overseas market contributed 4.95 billion yuan, up 4.2 percent and 19.8 percent, respectively.
Bright Dairy set a revenue target of 24 billion yuan and a net profit target of 506 million yuan for 2020, according to the annual report.
