Yunnan Development and Reform Commission on November 30 unveiled 335 public-private-partnership (PPP) projects, involving 896.891 billion yuan of investment.
Theses PPP projects covers areas in rail and transport, airport, expressway, agriculture, forestry, education and energy.
Specifically, there are 14 rail and transport projects including Dali-Lijiang high-speed rail and Pu'er urban rail transit construction with total investment of 75.876 billion yuan, and 12 airport projects with total investment of 16.572 billion yuan in Jianshui, Changning, Yongsheng, Wenshan, Huaping, and Yingjian.

Yunnan provincial government would make efforts to promote cooperation with private investment in traditional infrastructure construction, establish reasonable return mechanism for PPP projects, and offer fair opportunities to all investors, said Zeng Bing, deputy head with Yunnan Development and Reform Commission.
