Business people from China and Vietnam are attending the 10th Vietnam-China international trade and tourism fair, which kicked off in Vietnam's northern Quang Ninh province on Wednesday.
Products from the two countries, including agro-forestry and aquatics, machines, equipment, electronics, handicrafts and wooden furniture, among others, are being displayed at around 470 pavilions. This is the 10th edition of the fair, which is held alternately between the two countries.
The fair is scheduled to last till Dec. 22. The fair offers a chance for businesses of the two countries to promote trade and tourism cooperation, as well as to seek investment opportunities, Le Quang Tung, Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee said at the opening ceremony.
A series of activities will be held on the sidelines of the fair, including street festival, trade-tourism workshop, singing program, among others.
