Fruits import via ports in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region totaled 1.0367 million tonnes in 2015, up 45 percent from a year ago and ranking the first across China, according to data released by Guangxi Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau Thursday.
These fruits import valued 644 million US dollars, up 77 percent from a year earlier. In 2015, Guangxi undertook a majority of the more than 1.30 million tonnes of total fruits import in China, of which mostly came from Vietnam. F
ruits exported via ports in Guangxi ranked the third in China and numbered 379,600 tonnes in 2015, up 20 percent year on year and valued 370 million US dollars, up 35 percent year on year.
