China exported 498,000 motor vehicles in the first eight months of 2015, down 14.8 percent year on year, according to the latest statistics released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
Auto exports in August fell 23.4 percent year on year to 52,200 units.
Passenger car exports in August came to 33,000 units, down 19.5 percent from the same period a year earlier.
