Tianjin Textile Group, one of China's top 500 companies, will gradually move its textile industrial base to Nangong in Xingtai city of Hebei province to build a high-tech, resources-efficient and environmental friendly textile industrial park.
The company invested 1.3 billion yuan in 2014 to build a textile industrial park with wool spinning, cotton weaving, fabric making and home textiles in Nangong.
The project is designed to produce 1,500 tonnes of wool fine yarn and 20 million meters of cotton cloth annually, and its annual output value is expected to reach 400 million yuan. The first phase of the project has been put into production at the end of 2014, and the output value in the first five months of 2015 was 30 million yuan.
