German multinational conglomerate company Siemens has established 20 research and development (R D) centers in China and they had some 4,500 researchers and engineers by the end of its FY2015, with approved patents hitting 5,700, according to Siemens China.
Siemens is devoted to cultivating digital talents for China, said a company source, adding it plans to recruit over 300 R D employees in the coming months. In addition, Siemens is committed to China's engineering education. In the past five years, over 260 laboratories in China have been established under its technical support.
