Automobile manufacturers in China saw their inventories increase by 3.1 percent in November from the previous month, according to the latest data released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
At the end of November, China's auto inventories were 1,187,300 units, compared to 1,151,500 units at the beginning of the month, said the CAAM. Passenger vehicle inventory of Chinese automakers stood at 981,300 units at the end of November, a rise of 3.5 percent from 947,800 units at the beginning of the month.
The inventory of commercial vehicles reached 206,000 units, up 1.1 percent from 203,700 units at the beginning of the month.
